- As well as playing the wasted festival (foremrly holidays in the sun) also there are apperently strong rumours NK may be playing carling festival (nothing confirmed yet though- see http://www.efestivals.co.uk)

- In June Not Katies will be once again joining forces with Tsunami Bomb (toured last year with them and Bouncing Souls round Europe) and will be on all but 1 date.
- More dates in April, this time with AKO
- Not Katies will be 1 of the supporting acts on the Damned April tour along with [Spunge] and Jesse Ja.mes
- The video for Fingers on the Ledge is now on Scuzz, its on New Skids on the Block whichi is betweem 10 and 11 am and it currently is selection number 10 (but this may change)
- The Lincoln gig tonight has had to be cancelled due to the venue being refurbished.
- The EP "Repeat Repeat" is now available to buy in shops so if you don't have it yet then go hunting for it.
- Stories and Comets have had to pull out of the Fingers on the Ledge" tour.
- The video has been done and is going through editing stages before it will appear on our screens.
- Shooting for the fingers on the ledge video should be taking place soon.
- The hunt for the guatirst is now over, Nick Alder is the official new guitarist.
- The new EP "Repeat, Repeat" is now available, you can buy online folliwng http://217.72.167.50/~deckc7879/release.php and the official track listings are: 1.Fingers On The Ledge 2.Strike It, Reverse It 3.The Hope You Choke 4.Saccharine Sweet (acoustic) 5.From Far Away 6.2 Halves Of 2 (video). The official release date is Febuary 23rd. Artwork is done by Matt Taylor.
- NEIL HAS LEFT THE BAND apperently it was an amicable split, I just want to wish Neil good luck, same to the rest of the band. The guys are now looking for a new guitarist (See official site)
- A UK tour has been anounced with Febuary to co-oncide with the release of the new EP, also there will be a launch party in London at the end of January.
- Both previous rumours are true, the EP will be Repeat, Repeat and there is a headlining tour in Febuary with Stories and Comets
- The European tour with the Bouncing Souls is now over.
- I've heard a rumour that the EP will be called "Repeat, Repeat" and is due out in Febuary also rumours of a Febuary tour
- Not much really to report, the boys are touring round Europe and I'm sure much fun is being had with all there catering and drink.

- The song "Hope You Choke" from the EP which is due out early next year is now available on the site http://www.mp3.com/notkaties and must say I think it is fantastic, just as good as it is live.
- After playing 2 warm up shows the boys only have a few more dates before heading off to Europe with Bouncing Souls and Tsunami Bomb.
- Not Katies are officially going back on tour, see gigs page for details.
- 2 Halves of 2 is back on TV, it can be seen on Scuzz (sky channel 471) between 5 and 6pm on the new skids on the block section. At thhe moment its choice 003, but this could change so check before if you ring.
- On crucial talent (http://www.crucialtalent.co.uk) some Not Katies tour dates have been announced and I think more are still due to be confirmed.
- Not Katies have also just been confirmed for the Bouncing Souls/Tsunami Bomb European tour, but NOT the UK dates.
- Febuary the 1st is the current suggested release date for the EP, to be followed by a tour with the bands that will come from the then defunct My Favourite Co-Pilot.
- The song cutting whispers song title has now changed to strike it/reverse it. 3 tracks have now been recorded but unfortunately the release date is now in the new year.
- Yet another '1 off' gig will be taking place (how many 1 off gigs can you have?) on Saturday 27th September at the Elektrowerkz in London with Jesse James, Tiny Elvis and the Planet Smashers.
- The still untitled EP now has all 5 tracks chosen: saccharine Sweet, From Far Away, Fingers on
the Ledge, The Hope You Choke and Cutting Whispers, the gus will be going to Criterion Studios in London next Monday to record with Mark Williams.
- Not Katies will be supportin Alkaline Trio at Portsmouth - Pyramid Centre on Sat 13 Sept.
- Even though there is no longer going to be a split EP between them there are rumours of NK and My Favourite Co-Pilot to tour together in December, dates still TBA
- Confirmed EP tracks are: Hope You Choke, Fingers on the Ledge and Saccharine Sweet, there will also be another 2 tracks which still have to be confirmed.
- 10-09-03 on the official NK site it has been announced about the new EP which will be released in November and the band are going into the studio to record soon. It will contain just new NK stuff as I've put on here before it will no longer be a split with My Favourite Co-Pilot.
- The 2 gigs will be to preview some new tracks for the release set for mid to late October.
- Another mid-september show announced, this time on the 18th at the Railway Inn in Winchester with Appease and a super special guest support band
- Redhill has been cancelled due to a Limp Bizkit gig (dambit) but now NK are playing the Peel in Kingston on the 17th of September with Brat and Complex GSL.
- Tours now are finished and the guys are taking a well deserved break, also a release may be expected late October now.
- There are rumours Not Katies are taking part in the Redhill Takeover Festival (see gigs page)
- In September hopefully recording will be underway for an EP as its unlikely My Favourite Co-Pilot anymore. Also there hopefully will be a video for a new song.
- Not Katies headline the mini festival at the Peggars in Nottingham Saturday 26th July.
- Various members have not been able to make it to some gigs due to illness, hopefully all will be well soon.
- Lincoln gig cancelled.
- Scunthorpe and Cleethorpes have had to be cancelled due to Richs soar throat, hope he gets better soon.
- '2 halves of 2' is no longer on scuzz but it is now on P-rock
- 24-05-03 '2 halves of 2' has now been added to the Scuzz playlist, get voting! (channel 471)
- 21-05-03 Unfortunately Not Katies have been pulled from the Deconstruction stage of the Download festival due to other bands being moved onto the Decon stage, so really bad news. Although they have been added to the Deconstruction tour nights (see gigs page)
- Sometime in September Not Katies will be releasing a split EP (3 tracks from each band) with My Favourite Co-Pilot, it will be released on Deck Cheese records.
- Short Scottish tour taking place in June
- 1-4-03. Not Katies will be headlining there own tour this summer July time and also will be leaving Britain to explore other parts of the world. They will be supported by 5 cent deposit.
- 31-03-03. They have no finished the tour with Farse
- 24-03-03. I have heard that Not Katies will be playing some dates with King Prawn at some point in the near future and also another band who I am not yet sure of.
- Not Katies have been added to the bill at deconstruction which this year is part of the new download festival. It'll be on June the 1st and it is NOFX headlining Decon 2003. well done guys!
- Not Katies to play with Farse on some date of their current tour.
